Position: Account Director (Digital Marketing)

Location: Mountain View, CA

global and national clients to design, transform and run digital marketing operations that enable them to
scale, optimize and improve marketing performance. With 600+ professionals in offices in Silicon Valley
and Chandigarh & Gurgaon (India), our services include digital marketing operations, technology
development, data operations and advisory services.
We are looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic team to lead a team and manage an Account
Group consisting of some our client’s well-known products. This role is to work with one of our largest
clients, Google and embedded at the Google offices in Mountain View, CA with our team. The role directly
reports into the VP Operations, and will be responsible for managing program requirements through
delivery across Email, Push, SMS, Data, ASO, Content Validation, etc. The selected individual will play a
leadership role on the Continuum team on Google of over 90 professionals in the US and India.
This is an exciting, high visibility role for the right individual. We are seeking a collaborative leader with
great presentation skills, strategic insights and the ability to work across multiple channels, countries and
cultures.
 

 

 

Requirements

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead an Account Team supporting major Google products with a global footprint across 70+
countries/languages
• Leadership role on a team of 90 globally (and growing) working on Google
• Manage day-to-day client operations – from requirement gathering through to ensuring flawless
delivery across a variety of digital marketing channels
• Plan new initiatives, innovations, program ideas, to drive growth for strategic product lines
across: Email, App Store/Play Store Optimization, Ads, Push, SMS, Data & Analytics, Marketing
Technology, and more
• Success in this role will be defined by CSAT scores as well as growth/revenues from current and
new lines of business

• Strategic and operational leadership across a spectrum of marketing channels & technologies -
with a focus on those listed above
• Solid client facing presence - charismatic, engaging, lead a meeting with presence
• Ability to build client confidence as well as command the respect of internal teams
• Ability to span the spectrum of big picture strategic direction-setting, to having a good
comprehension of the details of the business operations
• Able to identify potential client challenges to create opportunities - have original thoughts/plans
and drive initiatives on how we can pursue/support

 

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
• 8+ years’ experience in a marketing services organization – with strong emphasis on email
marketing, data and analytics
• Managing senior-level client relationships
• Leading strategies for cross-channel marketing campaigns
